10,000 Metres Race Walk

The winner Stanislav Yemelyanov, RUS, almost equaled his PB with time 41:49.91. The second was Pedro Daniel Gómez, MEX (43:11.87), third wasVito Di Bardi, ITA (43:36.13), both in their personal bests. Denis Strelkov, RUS, the second season best holder, had to be satisfied with the eight place.

 

Javelin Throw Girls Qualification

Firts three competitiors threw over 50 m border. The best was the first attempt of Brits, RSA (55.90), and she confirmed the favorit position. Jucilene de Lima, BRA (51.67) needed two attempts and the third was Kinga Luczak, POL (50.47). Two more participants threw over the qualification limit 49 m.
