Following the tradition of previous IAAF World Youth Championships, a Clinic will be organised in Ostrava too on July 9 and 10 and the General Programme is described below.

To accomplish this programme, subgroups will be established during the accreditation procedure and the two groups, named A and B, will share the activities.
